In late 2009, Frank became the founder and CEO of RobinSUN Capital Partners (RCP). RCP initially focused on financing large-scale renewable energy projects worldwide but morphed into a more diversified investment firm that specialized in Business Solutions, Real Estate Development, Renewable Energy and other unique opportunities. Through its success, RCP had developed a vast worldwide network of corporations, multi-family offices, insurance companies, private equity groups, hedge funds, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals. In early 2014, RobinSUN Capital Partners merged with the W Group to become Atlys Group.
From 2006 until 2009, Frank was a financial advisor for high net worth individuals and successful businesses throughout the Northeast. Frank worked within a boutique firm that was consistently one of the largest producing groups in the country. Frank’s capacity as a financial advisor to his client base of affluent individuals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs and Fortune 1000 companies has provided significant opportunity for RCP and now Atlys Group.
From 2002 until 2006, Franklin was a co-founder a business solution company for residential builders. Within the first three years, Franklin and his partners grew the company into 28 states. Franklin decided to capitalize on the rapid growth and sold his portion of the company to his partners so he could focus on building his own financial advisory business.
Frank holds a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. Franklin also holds a New Jersey real estate license and has a passion for the home building industry because he believes it is a primary catalyst for economic growth. Franklin is a proud board member of the New Jersey Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

In early 2008 Bobby became the founder and CEO of W Group, an Diversified Investment and Insurance Group that specialized in Business Solutions, Real Estate Development, Renewable Energy, Insurance and other unique opportunities. W Group had developed a vast world-wide network of corporations, multi-family offices, insurance companies, private equity groups, hedge funds, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals. In early 2014, W Group merged with RobinSUN Capital Group to become Atlys Group.
From 2004 until 2008, Bobby was a Group Vice President for American Express. Bob lead over 600+ Financial Advisors & Staff and 14+ Billion in AUM (Assets Under Management). In 2006, he earned the “American Express Outstanding Leader of the Year Award”. During 2005-2006 American Express spun off their financial services division, which at the time was the fifth largest IPO in U.S. business history, Ameriprise Financial Services. Bob was critically responsible for the re-branding and the successful launch of what became the 4th largest Broker Dealer in the Financial Services industry.
From 1997 until 2001, Bobby was a Field Vice President for American Express where he lead 250 Independent Financial Advisors from Michigan and Ohio to become the largest producing group within American Express. In 1991 he began his career as a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors in Boston, MA
Bob holds a B.A. in Finance and Management from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and completed Executive Management Program from Harvard University in 2000.

W. Perry Cronin brings over 30 years of diversified accounting, auditing, tax and consulting experience to meet the needs of his clients. He formed Cronin & Company in Chicago and has been working with entrepreneurs ever since. Perry has extensive experience in helping start-up companies navigate the around business, tax and regulatory issues that arise in the initial years of operations. In addition to his accounting firm, Perry was a co-founder in Overton Consulting. Overton focuses its efforts helping entrepreneurs get their ventures off the ground. Overton has consulted with a bariatric insurance company, the first company to offer marriage insurance in the world and Talon Aerospace a pioneer in high efficiency navigation lighting for commercial airlines. Perry’s previous experience included Senior Manager roles with Coopers & Lybrand and Ernst & Young, LLP serving a diverse public and private client base such as Union Oil, Metropolitan Properties, State Farm Mutual Insurance Companies, Old Republic International, Illinois Insurance Exchange, Martingale Captive Insurance Company, Take Care HMO and Pioneer Financial Services, Inc.
His public accounting experience included not only financial statement audits and litigation support, but also initial public and follow-on offerings, due diligence engagements, demutualization consulting, captive creation and reinsurance consulting for a captive syndication management group. After his public accounting career, Perry went on to become a partner in a boutique accounting firm in Chicago that specialized in catering to the needs of small to medium sized firms. The firm was acquired by a client and Perry became the Chief Financial Officer for a NYSE insurance holding company. His experience in this endeavor included capital restructuring, troubled debt restructuring, captive creation, reinsurance placement, acquisitions, divestitures and investor relations. Perry was instrumental in obtaining one of the first Federal Home Loan Bank memberships for a property and casualty insurance company.
Perry has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University. He was granted his CPA certification by the University of Illinois in 1984. He is a licensed CPA in the State Alabama and has been active over the years in civic and charitable organizations.

Iana Trifonova, Esq. received her B.B.A. in Finance from Roosevelt University in Chicago in 2003 after a three year accelerated program. In 2005 she received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, where she was enrolled in a two and a half year program and was a member of the Law Review. She also obtained a Certificate in International Law. In 2006 Iana received her L.L.M. in Tax Law from Northwestern University, School of Law in Chicago. She served as an extern for the Honorable Robert W. Alberts of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Iana worked as an attorney in a prestige law firm and handled a broad variety of real estate and general business matters, mortgage lending and securities. She was also an In-House Counsel for a development company, where she worked on private equity and debt financing, commercial lending, corporate formation and contracts.
Iana is licensed to practice law in California and Illinois and have a private practice in both states. Her concentration is in corporate and real estate law.
In her free time, Iana likes traveling, sports, and reading.

Kyle brings a wealth of business and legal experience as a licensed attorney to Atlys Group. In 2012, Kyle became the owner, operator and in-house counsel for American Junkie, a popular Chicago based restaurant bar. In building this successful business from the ground up, he oversaw the construction of the venue, put in place recruiting and hiring procedures, oversaw a staff of 300, and supervised all aspects of the marketing campaigns, food and beverage services. As in-house counsel and in collaboration with the City of Chicago representatives, Kyle, processed and completed the essential documentation for required licenses and ensured legal adherence to building permits and codes. He developed binding contracts for entertainment groups, vendors, company executives, and specialized consultants while approving legal documents with insurance providers in liability claim disputes to facilitate appropriate resolution.
After the sale of American Junkie to a large venture capitalist firm, Kyle joined Atlys Group where he identifies and develops opportunities locally, nationally and internationally. In this context, he has developed a worldwide network of corporations, multi-family offices, insurance companies, hedge funds, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals. He evaluates business opportunities internationally with an eye toward adding value through Atlys group solutions. He is skilled in complex contract negotiations, which are instrumental in building business relationships. In his role as an attorney at Atlys Group, Kyle examines business proposals for adherence to legal requirements and intellectual property across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
Following his graduation with honors from the John Marshall Law School in 2010, he obtained his license to practice law in Illinois. Kyle purchased The Illinois Law Group and became the lead counsel. At the Illinois Law Group Kyle managed a staff of two Associates and three legal secretaries. He worked directly with key accounts and clients; conducted short sales, loan modifications, residential closings, and debt settlements. He also settled financial conflicts and successfully litigated the defense of multiple foreclosure cases. In 2013, Kyle sold The Illinois Law Group to an Associate in the firm to pursue an opportunity in the hospitality field where he honed his business skills in addition to developing expertise as an in-house council.
